*A refund is only available for amounts paid by the purchaser. Credit donated by partners is not eligible for a refund.

**Beach Festival charges refund fees to cover certain expenses resulting from the refund process:

1. Administrative fees; verifying the original transaction(s) and processing the refund request. These administrative tasks require time and resources.

2. Processing costs; in this case the transaction costs at the financial partner.

3. Logistics costs; in this case, the platform for centralization and follow-up from request to payment.
